Return & Refund Policy – Flipnora


At Flipnora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. 



Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases: 

Wrong product delivered 

Product received in damaged condition

Product is defective or not working as described 

Note: 

Returns are accepted only if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. 



Conditions for Return

 To be eligible for a return: 

Product must be unused and in original condition

 All original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included 

Return request must be approved by 

Flipnora after verification Flipnora reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items


Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling 

Items returned without original packaging or accessories 

Issues reported after the 48-hour window 

Clearance or special-offer items (if mentioned at purchase) 



Return Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery 

Share your Order ID and images/videos of the issue 

Our team will verify the request 

If approved, return instructions will be provided 

Please do not send any product back without confirmation from our support team. 



Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation. 

Refund processing time:

 5–7 working days after successful return inspection. 


Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and issue type.


Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be borne by Flipnora only if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective product). 

In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
