Order Processing

 All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

 You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update once your order is dispatched.



Shipping & Delivery

 We ship across India using reliable courier and logistics partners.

 Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Estimated delivery time:


Metro cities: 3–5 working days

Other locations: 4–7 working days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.



Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations. 

Flipnora reserves the right to enable or disable COD for certain orders based on verification or serviceability. 



Shipping Charges

 Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment. 

Any additional charges for COD will be mentioned during order placement.


Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. 

You can track your order anytime using the Track Order option on our website.


Delivery Issues


If you face any of the following issues: 

Delayed delivery

 Incorrect or damaged package 

Order marked delivered but not received 

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery update so we can assist you promptly.


Address Accuracy


Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. 

Flipnora will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
